How did he/she abuse (See TOS): Banned for supposedly making my name look like another players. The player in question had the name Brice Q, I made my name Brice X because we dick around all the time. In spite of being warned to change my name because im supposedly copying Brice's identity, I asked him via mic, " hey Brice is it cool if i have this name?" his reply was there was no problem. Therefore, Kionay abused his power to ban for no substantial reason.

It's not about having the same name because you're trolling, and i understand you were dicking around, nevertheless if one of you were hacking and i go to ban the wrong brice then you're at fault (and i almost did hit the wrong brice when i was kicking)

your INGAME name was Brice X, not treehoe btw, like you said in the description

You told me repetedly that it was not against the rules, even tried to throw your weight around as a former admin, even more reason you should know not to mimic someone's name, you 'threatened' me with filing admin abuse as a sort of, i don't know, scare tactic?

TOS rules XI. 1. No player shall use a name made to look like another players

i warned you many times, followed with a kick, you refused to change your name after more warnings verbal and in all talk

the ban was only for 10 minutes

Name wasnt made to look like his, hence the quite obvious difference.

there's no way for me to have known it was just another regular, far as i knew when i joined the server some idiot had come in, changed his name to something just one off from brice's to dick around

and joining the server with the name Brice abc is certainly quite hilarious

i join the server, people are copying brice's name, oh look the TOS says you can't do that

not that complicated, really, there are plenty of good ways to fuck around than copying someone else's name over and over and over again, the rule went in place for a reason, and just because it has been done before (in cyber's case) doesn't mean it's good to do it now

do you not understand the purpose of the rule? you start it and we have a server full of Brice ABCD.... one hacker comes in with a name changing script

do you have any idea what kind of a nightmare it is trying to ban that hacker?

just change your name, there are plenty more ways to dick around than this

now, you've rejoined, bought admin, added your tag "so you don't get bitched at" and now your name is Brice Kyu

surely if such similar names is against the TOS then buying admin to avoid being punished it grossly wrong, if it's deemed that you can have such similar names then thank you for contributing to paying for the server

No abuse. Kionay did what he is suppose to in a strict manner. The rule is vague for a reason. It is called discretion and keeping things enjoyable and not so serious.

Not abuse, simply confusion regarding the rules.

we don't go after people for similar names unless the person is doing it to be malicious or cause problems in anyway. both people were fine with it, so there's no reason to ruin peoples fun. pm me if you have more questions.
