Reason to Ban: Cade breaking. He broke Matty's cade 3 times on desert fortress and mine once one legendary mix. Also, he has already been banned once for cade breaking and once for team killing.

legend - broke your cade. luckily only 1 zombie spawned, and nowhere near you to get caught and re-fix it.
desert fort - first 2 ticks provided, seems like he jumped in RIGHT after matty (still not his cade ownership) and he was trying to use one of the vending for his own cade under the tubes. i don't think he know's the rules 100% on cade ownership. but the last tick, def deliberately broke the cade to get in.

He has 52+ hours logged in, been playing regularly now for a while.
With that said, my vote is ban, with prior bans, either a 4 hour ban or 1 day max ban will suffice.

Barricade Breaking – Whoever gets into the room first is the sole proprietor of that room, and has the freedom to do whatever he deems necessary to survive. Cade ownership is taken away once the current cade owner leaves the cade and enters another or turns into a zombie. Owners that leave, a short distance, to retrieve additional barracading items, still retain their ownership rights.
Taking props forcefully from another persons cade without consent is prohibited
Attempting to destroy a barricade regardless of intent:
To get into the users barricade
To get out of the users barricade
Throwing a grenade at the users barricade to spite them, or for personal entertainment. (This does not include accidental grenades; punishment will be left up to the admin to decide)

I have seen the guy do it before and have kicked him for it. When kicked, when I was there he wouldnt come back. Just recognized the name and actions.

So, nobody who voted made a valid attempt to view the demo making their vote a biased vote due to previous issues with the player. If the demo is watched and another admin can vote on it, the ban will be justifiable.
