I noticed that you tried to enter 2 different steam ids:
STEAM_0:0:82315836
STEAM_0:1:821315836

Note that neither of those is an NS2 id by the way as that is numerical only. The system auto defaults to use the one defined in the STEAM ID field if it is present. Therefore currently your set to use STEAM_0:0:82315836 and if this steam id is not correct you will want to change it so that your admin will work.
