Thread: ATTN: ZM/ZE Maps Removal

    I second keeping zm_urban_downtown_final (the map with the hidden Daft Punk musical minigame you can play). I love ze_parking but it's more of a tryhard map with multiple difficulty levels and you need a good team with someone leading on the mic to get anywhere in it. Maybe consider moving that to weekend.

    I'm liking this line-up and new change to weekends only. Good step.
    ze_parking, i personally like. it's a what, 3-4 level challenge? It's awesome if people know what they are doing. But stupid predator's need to go.

    Has the crashing issue in ze_parking been fixed? Lot's of client-side crashes going on here.
    IMO, if the crashing stops, keep ze_parking. It brings in people, and even after crashes people continue to come back in.

    Speaking of crashing, remove the nade animations for ZE as well. I know for a fact that is an issue for some people to crash. And it causes a big fps lag.

    Looks like I'm late to this party. Almost played every map here, though there is quite a few I haven't. Anyway these are the ones I want to see kept from the lists.

    There seems to be a good deal of classic maps being given the finger, sucks to see :I. You must really hate zm_lila_panic_isethen, it's on the remove list twice lol.

    Yea that Mall map is way too big, plus they got rid of the garbage can spot lol
    IMO I do like the FreeFall and DontFall maps. FreeFall (I believe) is the one with the 5 different teleports, Love it. Now it does suck if you don't have atleast 30 ppl on.

    Still can be fun without the garbage can spot. Yeah FreeFall is fun for both humans and zombies. I tried to include some of those maps in my list. As it's not fun if you have only maps that are in favor of humans.

    scrapyard, bumfight, and 420_breeze are all quite good...

    and labor gigantic is okay. not sure why they're in the "remove" list while euronews is in the "keep" list...

    That's map related. For us to remove that, we would have to decompile the map and remove the textures. That's even if we are allowed to do it via the map maker.

    I always like it but never really viewed it as a try hard map. I'll move it to weekends.

    There's a lot of maps. I didn't realize they were on there twice. But isethen is a terrible terrible map. Sibera and zelda skyloft were not on list Zero provided. But then again neither is mario escape and it's still on the server

    Scrapyard, bumfight and 420_breeze are bad maps. We don't play them and when we do they get rtv'd. Labor gigantic also gets rtv'd because it's a vent map. I had euronews stay because it was a map made for us specifically for us.

    Would it be possible to organize the maps in the nomination list alphabetically? Right now, they're sorted randomly and it's hard to find the exact map you're looking for by name unless you've memorized exactly what page it's on.

    I 100% agree with this it would make nominations a hell of a lot easier

    also if it is possible certain large escape maps should have a minimum player limit
