How did he/she abuse (See TOS): The Actual Admin abuse was at the end (Tick 56366 but might be easier just to start at 56000)when he kicked titty out of the game after the game was over after he had won. If the rule still holds from my abuse thread a year ago, http://www.ibisgaming.com/forums/sho...dj-panda-abuse than it should still apply to this. The other thing i might point out is that he was constantly spamming the mic with music and other crap when he should not be doing to the extent him and Jackie Marlow were doing During that Mafia map. I posted the 2nd demo from simpsons because i try telling him that he should not be doing that because i got in trouble for it and if he really wants to be a ULA he should control the stuff he does and makes sure that he gives himself a better image, and he got really all up in arms saying that i have no idea what the fuck im talking about and how he has been here (start from tick 2000) . He has been a little angry at me because i tried explaining him what rosie was saying in meech's abuse thread ingame a few days ago and he did not want to hear it, but not really relavent. I am a little worried that he does not fully know what he is doing and that he has anger problems that are a little worse than what mine were before i left a year ago. I would like him to be warned and someone tell him what he can and cannot do so that he doesnt make these mistakes in the future so that he can become a Good ULA because they need all the help they can get.

I. Kicks
Should be given out to players to break the rules and disrupt the game. A verbal and admin say warring should be given out in advanced of a kick.

Punishment would be followed by a kick then temp ban if not stopped, being admin and therefore excluded from this in game punishment would be considered abuse. At 26K Tittywang mutes because its bothering him, one player left almost immediately when spamming started and players join and leave right away through the game.

1) Players that disrespect others
2) Player continuously nags others and continues despite reasonable requests to silence including mutes and kicks

Panda your right about your old abuse post technically speaking it is the same thing, however Jesus did have a point about it being his friend and its usually not that big a deal that way. It may have been unwarranted but it was not done maliciously like yours, two different situations. However in reference to the spamming and his attitude in the second game that is not what I would expect from someone trying to get ULA.

Panda the thing is man, I never had any problems up until you showed up. Not one. I slap people at the end of game, I'll openly admit to that. I've done it for as long as I can remember. Thing is Panda if people have a problem with it they tell me. The mic spam thing, as for Tmac's post, is another thing, that if people want me to stop I do. Unfortunately for you, when you are on in the evenings that becomes the Jesus Happy Hour where me and a group of regulars that get on that time and we bullshit and play. I know every regular that were in all those games and never have any problems with me and love me. So if I cause an issue with them they respect me enough to let me know that what I am doing offends them, instead of running off to forums. You have essentially been on what I like to call my SHIT list ever since your snide comments on a conversation I was having with a fellow admin and a couple regulars about a post that Rosie made, as well as you continuous trying to 'help' me out by warning me and letting me know that what I am doing is abuse. Unfortunately for you I don't have anger problems and am quite reasonable when selecting bans and punishment. Usually when I blow a gasket so to speak I will usually just stop talking or mute the person stirring me up, and then blow off steam with the regs that are in there with me. I mostly keep admin due to the regs I play with, I love em, they are family. When I come into a server everyone is like 'Hey Oh it's Jesus!' not literally everytime but the point is there.

That's the social contract I've signed with the server and I've never had an aboose thread made about me until now. As for him using his mic alot, yes it's annoying and it's the reason i have him on mute most of the time but he has always stopped playing music when someone asks him to. Same with Jackie
