Reason to ban: Refused to attempt objective twice. He has been doing it the past few times I have played with him. If you want additional demos, let me know and I'll try to dig them out. The last time, he hid for most of the round, then slayed himself. This goes against both rules 4 and 13. He should know the rules by now since he has almost 1188 hours played on the server and that he has previously been an admin. Regulars should not be breaking these rules deliberately.

Tick ~10000 makes no attempt to do the objective, and instead shoots a smiley face into the wall. Starts moving with 20 seconds left which is not enough time to make it to a bombsite.
Tick ~77000 to end sat in subway hiding behind a pillar until there was no time remaining on the map, then suicided by train.
