First, you need to post a demo. you can find demos at ftp://zm.ibisgaming.com/. I will go ahead and download/upload the demo for paradise that was on when your ban was invoked, but for any future action on threads within rules, please provide the demo. It is easily available proof on exactly what happened.

The specific rules you are saying yonkers broke are Admin ToS rules 4 and 5 as well as General Server Rules II. 1--which is exploiting and enough of a offense to warrant a perma ban.

As a hint, when you think a admin is abusing, your best bet is to contact another admin if your first request for stopping is ignored. Never insult an admin, because that is enough to get you banned here (though most will let it slide or at least warn you first as they are supposed to). Just find a ULA or regular admin to report it to and they will handle it. Most admins take their job pretty seriously.

Yonkers did definitely overstep his bounds.

Tick 12000 Yonkers slaps himself to the top of the volcano and tries to play off that this isn't abuse because anyone can get there (the abuse is that they can't get there that quickly and that it takes some semblance of skill to jump up. After being called out on it by drizzle, he suicides and asks if he likes that.
drizzle says, "no".
Yonkers then says, "well, you are more then welcome to start a forum post or keep crying about it."
Drizzle then says, "I just want you to stop that."
Yonkers says, "Just couldn't deal, just couldn't deal"
Drizzle says, "Why are you being such a dick?"
Drizzle says, "You think you can be a dick just because you had admin?"
Farn says, Damn, drizzle is getting mad"
Drizzle says, "As I said"
Drizzle leaves the server at 21300

Jesus says, "drizzle, if you can't handle the heat, get the fuck out of the server."

Tick 23000 Lewis says, "Unban please"
Jesus says, "Did you just ban drizzle?"
Yonkers admits it
Jesus accuses Lewis of being a second account for Drizzle
Lewis says, "No"
Yonkers picks up on it and starts wigging out asking him if he is asking for a permaban for avoiding the ban
Lewis says, "No?"
Lewis finally sets him straight
Yonkers says, "Well, sorry but your friend is a dick"
Woot comes in and asks to be filled in
Yonkers says, "Nothing, he called me a dick and I wanted it to be a day so I gave him a day.

I see a bunch of stuff happening here that is absurd.

Yonkers was definitely abusing admin powers to quickly reach the top of the volcano.

When called out on it, it definitely sounded like Yonkers was passive aggressively trolling to get a rise out of Drizzle.

Drizzle reacted by calling Yonkers a dick, and was banned without warning. No warning was given to Drizzle to and therefore the ban was unwarranted, especially since he has no previous bans. Nowhere on the rules does it say you can ban someone without warning them for disrespect, albeit towards an admin or otherwise.

I would suggest reposting in the unban forum along with the demo and the ticks I provided. This will enable you to get back to playing on IBIS servers faster as well as show the ban was deleted in your ban history.

Yonkers, I would suggest you go back and read all of the applicable punishments as well as the correct procedure when dolling out bans. Also, properly labeling your bans is very helpful for repeat offenders.
