Thread: It has finally died

To be honest, everyone has their own opinion and mine was this company. I didn't force him to do it, he chose to by looking at what they have to offer. Every computer you order on there are completely customizable and to be honest I firmly believe their handy work is worth every penny. I had one made by them, cuz I was lazy and I'm perfectly capable of building one myself.

When you go to upgrade it later down the road, your biggest single upgrade would be a SSD. Mine is nearly 2 years old and I still boot into windows in under 15 seconds and that is with sata II. I'm not even using it to its full capacity. It might not boost your graphics, but your load times for everything will be much, much faster. Generally, I only put a project I am currently working on in photoshop or the like on it, along with windows (including page files!), major programs, and my most played computer games. Sadly, it is pretty full--which is why I'm going to buy a new one and put them into a Raid-0 which will double the throughput! Installing them is a snap (you don't even need to turn off the system to install it, though it is highly recommended) and the performance increase--well, I just couldn't believe how fast it is.

Just be sure that you keep your old HDD and use it for storage of videos, music, and the like.

At 80+ cert it isn't, but don't be expecting to upgrade much with it. Overall, ok deal. At the price though, Intel would have been a much better choice. Enjoy though buddie, not bad for not knowing how to do yourself.
Make all your last demands for I will forsake you and I'll meet your eyes for the very first time, for the very last.

maynard <ibis>: they are awkward and last 2 damn long. I prefer thinner smaller ones
