we can't put scrib up for potential lynch because if he is lying i'm dead anyway, but if he's telling he truth (and that % chance is non-zero) then that chance is more than enough reason to keep him alive

but i'm strongly leaning towards phil because i'm not sure about the other two, where with phil i'm very much so more sure of

and, really, as long as we lynch anyone claiming VT the very act of us progressing the game will give us more information than we're likely to gather from us bickering back and forth for another idk how many uncountable number of pages
