between those, i think locust is more likely to be scum given what we've heard. blade hasn't said enough, he'll be on my list tomorrow if that continues. phil has been playing a similar style to locust, but i'm hesitant to implicate both him and scribble. they're both ULA, they have each others numbers and phil updating us on scribb's condition was likely in the interest of fair play more than anything else...however i recall doing something similar when carm and i were mafia so i'm wary of that connection.
