Yes, stating you're "too lazy" or "don't feel like reading through 24 pages" is scummy as fuck. If you're town YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON! If you're mafia, you don't really care unless your name is mentioned, hence being inactive is considered scummy as well.
