so he's either scum, a jester (who gives a fuck), or a townie. if townie, he's either a useless VT who is just trolling the game "trying to make it more interesting" by causing disagreements and arguments (and thus useless), or is a cop trolling the town by trying to cause aruments and shit to "make it more interesting" and therefore useless.

so scum: win for town
jester: who cares?
VT troll: lost a useless player, win for town
TownPowerRole: lost a waste of the role, no real loss for town.
