Doesn't matter. Vote for Scribbles or tell What that you are going to hold out on your vote so we can get this over with. For all we know, Scribbles could have confused Assassin for me. Hell, he could have bussed Assassin with me, then targeted me for the night kill and made himself target Assassin instead by mistake.

Both. The flavor is pretty clear that the scum doing the killing has a power and he can use both the same night. It has been in the flavor every night I'm pretty sure.
