Judging from the apparent age of the girl in the pic and the general nature of your question I'm guessing that you're in highschool or younger. That said any relationship you develop now will eventually fail as people change quite a bit from year to year during that time of life. Just try it out and if she goes out with you then enjoy it while it lasts and if she doesn't then it's not really a huge loss either way. Don't over think things and just have fun.
