Oh sorry hosh, didn't see it. We don't have anything to go off of, and I don't want to lynch the fool was my only reasoning for the no lynch, and the time limit is because this game is taking forever. I kinda think that a time limit is a bad idea because a random person will die. Sure it would end this day but the next day wouldn't be much different so we cant just put a time limit or no lynch everytime it "goes slow"

This mentality is wrong. With a mod kill (which is essentially what it would be) there is no grounds for a vote count analysis, which is one of the significant means of scumhunting early game.
