As the sun rose upon the remote village of Kantsanza, everyone gathered in the town square.
Rumors had been circulating among the villagers about the recent deaths in the town, and some felt that others were not what they seemed. All manner of malevolent being had been considered, though only two were the unfortunate reality.
“Demonic possession, it must be!”
“No it’s the work of lichens!”
“I heard there is a witch in the forest!”
“You saw the remains, it is clear that there are vampires among us!”
Unable to see the villains during the day, they would need to work together, relying on those more seasoned with such issues, to lead the way…..
