Why are you getting offended? I never once denounced anyone's ideas and equally respect them as i respect my own. Being that i own my own community, ill help you understand a couple things that revolve around what you have stated.
By shunning the server because you find it boring.. you are part of the problem. Servers dont magically fill themselves when they are consistently empty. Look at pub in the past for example. What did a few members of our community do about it? They started toughing it out and playing in the server more often. Making it a fun and welcoming place. When i a server is populated, people join it.
You have this singular mindset that the only way to fix this problem is to reset everyone's hard work and commitment. I can tell you right now, aside from myself, people will disagree. Its a fact that you must bear with in life. Not everyone is going to agree with what you think.

As far as actually addressing the issue.. no one has given a clear and concise description as to what it is. No one has described any factors that are resulting in the problem. If we dont know that.. how do we fix it? Fixing a big problem like this requires taking it one step at a time. Its moot to toss yourself into a brick wall when you can chip away the foundation.

Players have the ability to request exp resets. A few bold WCS vets who truly want to make a difference should lead the way. This puts them back into the server and populating it. Step one accomplished.

The problem with that is you wont be able to find the problem because its been empty for a few months now and no one has done anything to fix it so you can keep trying to find the foundation for a year or you can bull doze it down and start building over i personally just think its a better idea to start over and add overleveling you should take a vote and see again which one you want to move foward until then this thread is pretty much dead ( maynard close incoming )

I remember hearing awhile back that there was some looking into of converting all the XP we have over-gained after maxing to turn it into levels for our races in order to convert the server from max levels to over-leveling
I don't have any confirmation, but vaguely VAGUELY remember something like this being said... But if not, well; I'm fine with a mass reset of the server if that provides over-leveling. Just would like to state that this Mass Reset should be advertised as what date it would be before it happens.

Also, that would mean I have 3 accounts to level; Wolfenstinger, Malevolence, and Renegade.
