Help Blade Buy a New Keyboard!!!

I have a black widow ultimate. Honestly for what I paid for it, I like it. 70 bucks and it works great for both college papers and WoW. I have the blue back lights and I believe I have red clickers (idk I can't remember) but it's fast and smooth. GF doesn't like it though when she tries to sleep. It's a little loud. Also got macro keys which I still have not bothered to learn how to use.

my brother got one of their keyboards, broke within a month, got it replaced, broke again, got it replaced again, and now the LED's don't work but he's just dealing with it. their headsets also break easily. the only razer product i own is a naga, and it took me ~12 hours of trying a bunch of stuff and working with razer support to get their retarded ass software to install properly so i could actually use it.

This, the only viable gaming hardware razer has ever mad is the naga. Shit is beautiful for games like smite, league, dota 2, and all other skill based games that requires spell or ability casting.

Damn well that sucks for you guys. My headset died fairly quickly so I will give you that, but I haven't had an issue with anything else or customer support.

Backlit keys are for scrubs anyway. They do more to distract you then anything. Be a real man and get a daskeyboard. Given, they only come in brown or blue switches, that happens to be what you wanted for the clicky sounds and tactile response.
