my brother got one of their keyboards, broke within a month, got it replaced, broke again, got it replaced again, and now the LED's don't work but he's just dealing with it. their headsets also break easily. the only razer product i own is a naga, and it took me ~12 hours of trying a bunch of stuff and working with razer support to get their retarded ass software to install properly so i could actually use it.
