Its really not. Its more of a preference than a requirement. But being young does not mean you cant get in, it just makes it more likely you will be more immature, and less likely our members will like you.

In my experience when playing with Remington, he seems to be very mature in the ZM server. I doesn't spam, doesn't mic spam at all. When he uses the chat, he doesn't annoy me one bit because there really isn't much he is doing to piss me off. Before you guys start judging him immediately, why not actually go on the server and just play a couple of rounds with him in there. You guys can see he could potentially be a great asset to your clan if you guys observe him in game.
