Question for Everyone: Would there ever be a reason to have an Arsonist in a game without a firefighter, or a firefighter without an arsonist?

Trigger, normally Arsonists are linked to Firefighters in games as Firefighters are the only ones who can protect against them.

That being said, it isn't uncommon to have Arsonist in a game without the FF. The arsonist basically becomes the prime objective for both the Mafia AND Town (similar to how SK's are treated; See the Donner Party Game as an example).

Then again, you could be lying to belay scumhunting for Mafia members.
