And what I'm saying is that knowing the vote is random will evoke zero reaction (unless you're Cyber, but he writes essays on everything, so I don't think that counts).
I think the one rule for an RVS is that you really shouldn't announce it to the world. Whether or not people believe it's RVS when/if you do announce it is up to the them. Using fear to evoke a response is fine, but telling people what you're doing is counter-productive. Saying 'random vote: vote player a' simply won't work.
