    Reason for perma ban: some type o hacks. no recoil maybe

    two well placed shots have me looking at him funny. Not too mention that a previous admin had already caught him once but was for innocent..

    Tick - 3900 he shoots a guy while falling. bullets don't spread.
    Tick - 4800ish once again no recoil.

    Every shot he makes seems suspicious. I don't play into the "he is just that good".
