I acknowledge that it was my mistake to have revoked his mute on boxofspam. I remembered incorrectly about whether it was allowed to have done that with any variation of a situation, but I have gone back to TOS, and it is only when suspicion arises from someone who is supposedly hacking. Regarding his mute on boxofspam, it was not reasonable. He is not a squeaker. He was not yelling repeatedly into his mic. He was not using HLSS.
