I was not in the server when he initially joined when i did join was late in the game saw everyone vote banning went to spectate and watched saw it within 5 seconds of watching him.

Bouncing back & forth locking on Tick 48300 till first kill at 48490
Ticks 48600 till 48900 pretty straight forward Fury even spots it
I join at Tick 58200 notice the vote bans at Ticks 59500-60200
Spectate at Tick 61600 see Aimbot instantly as he spawns
See following CT through wall at Tick 62100 and ban

I could go on for awhile pretty easy to see.
