Joins at Tick 57000 but after getting killed by elevator and me, he doesn't start shooting until Tick 64000.
Remember it being more obvious ingame but you can see the twitches when he shoots and one time at round start.

I just submitted a demo of this guy hacking in another server that i play on, he is definitely hacking. traces through walls, aimbot HS, shakes when shooting,, he denies when called out but doesnt hide it
