Pfft. I talk about as much as he does, and if anyone should be kicked for mic spam you should kick Malachi. Many times I've been on and he's almost always constantly talking, not random stuff. Just constantly talking about his movements and the enemies movements, like he's telling us a story about his life in the game in the most inane amount of detail. I almost always have to mute him just so I can hear enemy movement. And getbread (can't remember his full name), some guy who comes on and goes "yo dawg" alot mic spams too.
