How did he/she abuse: He would slap himself along with random people.

Before he would use admin commands without the ibis.a tag, once he got the tag he slap abused like hell. He would slap other random players as well. Along with that he used his slaps to gain advantages and tag people, the people he also slapped would tag people.

I would like to mention that he was attempting repeatedly break my barricade in the afternoon on 420 Beachstrike. I know that this comment cannot be used to enforce on his wrongdoing. I just wanted it to become known.
