Shady cancelled an RTV because 'He Can,' The whole point of RTV is so everyone can have fun, by cancelling the Vote he's making it less fun for everyone. I will also be posting an unban request because he banned me without warning shortly after I complained.

Tick 0: Multiple people expressed their dislike for the map as soon as it began.
Tick 23000: Expresses dislike and starts RTV
Tick 28000: RTV Is Successful but map never changes because it was canceled by admin for no reason

If he was the senior admin at the time, he may cancel an RTV if he wants to.
