Voted no due to these reasons:
1. Very bad Bhop and even i can do it better which i'm not very good at either.
2. No shakes or anything. Not even a small trace of shake so that rules out aimbot.
He might have hacked on other servers but that doesn't matter one bit since people only get banned if they hack on IBIS servers.

I'm going to have to agree with Xer as well. I just finished reading over (almost) everything.
I don't see any sufficient evidence supporting aimbot or bhop scripts.
As Xer said. He's really not that good at bhopping.
