If you looked at the demo you would have seen I wasn't TK'ing OR rejoining to gain levels I was level 24... I Lost my connection, and tried to rejoin, kept getting dropped for reserved slot, and got banned. I didn't know this was against the rules... I feel it's wrong to prejudge someone based on their previous bans and assume their guilt, please review the demo and give me a fair trial. This server has been getting a lot of abuse threads i'm about to buy admin and help fix these issues if people aren't given a fair warning before bans!

Look the demo up yourself. Your ban length was extended due to your history of bans you have on record. Before this ban, you had 7 previous bans, all for team attacking/team killing and or rejoining to gain levels.

There is no abuse here. You were banned by WinRawr at first for the constant spam. Youbwould not stop. You literally flooded the chat for a solid 2-3 mins over and over again. You have no idea what that is like to admins, as we don't only get to see the attempt of you trying to join, but your ban history also displays. We're then forced to see:

She gave you a timeout for 10 mins. The map then changed, but you kept doing it. Over and over again. Nonstop. We all came to an agreement and it was ridiculous that you would not stop, so I gave you an hour timeout. Your ban was then upgraded by clan to a further extent due to your reent ban history that is so close together, as it seems you simply can not control yourself. I was there during all of your unnecessary name changes throughout your previous bans and I know the true story behind the abuse report you made on Shady. Shady would never abuse his admin - him cancelling the vote was the appropriate action to take regardless that he just so happened to be the one that was in the lead. But that is a different story.

And do not front; you do have a serious history of teamkilling. You just haven't done it as much lately.

Rawr banned you for 10 mins on gg_deagle5_4hm and I banned you on aim_ag_texture_city_advanced, which that was the map that was voted for after deagle.

Should you consider our actions abuse, you are more than welcome to file an abuse report on us should you have sufficient evidence. I have no problem confessing to my sins but I have not sinned; nor have these other two fine admins. If you can't handle a timeout for your misbehaving, then I don't know what to tell you. But pointing a finger at rawr or myself is the wrong direction. You have to speak to UPA/Clan as they are the ones who handle ban extensions.

Your reconnecting on texture city was an extension as it seems 10 minutes was not enough.
You are more than welcome to purchase a reserved slot if you find this to be an ongoing issue for you.

Ok so If you get dropped for slot reservation that counts as joining and leaving, I get it now. I didn't realize it popped up like that every time I was trying to connect, I was not warned verbally or through messages, which is why I was calling these unjustified bans (10m, 1hr, 3d) because I didn't knowingly break the rules nor get warned for any of them...

I'll buy a reserved slot can I get unbanned please?

Rejoining is only against the rules IF they gain levels or play the same round twice. Max handicap is level 15 so unless you play the same round, rejoining past that isn't against rules.

I have to agree with Ibiza here, 3 day for connection spam is very excessive considering he didn't know and couldn't be warned that it was spamming the server. It's not like he was banned several times for connection spam before so his past bans shouldn't really matter with something this small of offence.

Not necessarily. Because regardless whether you were kicked for someone else's reserved slot or not, you wouldn't be able to get back in since the server is full. If you'd like I could pull the demo of where you claimed "your internet died on you". You were not kicked for a reserved slot. You were denied connection DUE TO a reserved slot that was not filled yet. You could have simply waited 5-10 minutes for the map to change.

Every single admin stresses this every time. It is such a big help because we get to know beforehand on who we need to keep a close eye on. We can't warn you if you're not in the server; but you should have already read the rules and know that what you were doing was the act of breaking them (XII in general server rules). By entering the server you accept your first warning of action being taken against you for breaking a rule. The second is a courtesy. I know many admins including myself that go beyond this, and give several upon several warnings. Yet people keep doing the shit they do. Why, I guess we will never know unless they truthfully admit it. A 10 minute ban is a blessing - that's not even the entire game. 1 hour is when you've gone over the edge, but it's not too serious. The 3 day extension was decided by a clan member that took notice of your previous bans and how many you have back to back. (You have 3 bans in one day.. 4 within 2 weeks. Come on now..)

I don't believe I am permitted to handle your ban anymore as it was extended by a clan member. You will have to ask maynard as he is the one who extended your ban. I am just an admin; ULA/Clan members have higher authority.

I did not ban him for 3 days. I banned him for an hour. Maynard (as noted in the ban on sourcebans) was the one who extended his ban.
As I said above he has 3 bans in 1 day, which I am going to assume this is what maynard went by - and all bans can be justified.

He has 4 bans for just rejoin alone.

whitey banned him for spam joining because it spammed chat, and he banned him for one hour because he did it right after his 10 minute ban expired. Maynard extended his ban length to 3 days.
He should not have said reconnect since he never got in game after the first ban expired.

In my opinion, both of you did it correctly and i would have done the same. My post was just directed at Clan's decision to extend something like this to 3 days.

Ban is ban, He had multiple bans in the past few weeks, so it got upgraded, petty or not petty.

When I look at people with constant bans over a small period of time, I will extend it so they get the point... if they come on here and plead a case that's legit I'm more than happy to reverse the ban... the main goal being that you realize you're being watched and if you keep fucking up (this ban excluded) you will find yourself no longer playing here... know the rules, follow them.
