This admin would cancel the rtv's and votes in and manually change the map to one of his choice. After receiving the majority of votes the first time, he manually switched us to one of his choice (I have no screenshots of this so you'll just have to take my word on it). After the players sucessfully rtv'd this new map and almost finished voting, he cancelled the vote and switched to another map of his choice. When the other players protested, he told us to fuck off and suck it up. Screenshots below.
