Desert has admitted to me that he did in fact kick him and was messing around cause Uber had won the last map.
I'm pretty sure this is his first abuse offence, so i think a warning would suffice.

Yes to clarify, I believe Scrublet is Sensei.

Scrublet is Desert. Sensei doesn't play CS:S anymore because Yonkers is still not banned for avoiding his permaban and avoiding punishment by being admin.

Furthermore, Desert constantly changes his name, but this has nothing to do with Sensei.

Kick command should be used for other reasons other than "a player winning the map before".

Shit and giggles kick is not tolerated. Even though this is first report (via forums) this is not first report on desert I had.
