Yeah looks like it to me, he doesn't actually trace people as much as he scans then prefires. Gets caught pre aiming around 50000 on Pump shotty. Also his knife kill around 90K. Don't get me wrong most of his kills are fishy. I just think those are the worst. Watched in in normal mode, and wireframe, some could be explained some couldn't.
