I would say no for perma, but yes for temp ban. He tk'd enough to warrant a temp ban. I banned him for an 1 hour because with no bans on file and no history of it. A few tk's doesn't warrant a perma ban. I'll be the first to start the 'paper trail' if you will and if he continues to something similar he'll eventually get perma's
