Shithead, constant disrepect to players, fellow admins, and ULA

Shithead seems to make it a point to bend the disrespect rule to the point of breaking without leaping over the edge, with players unable to do much of anything about it. Muting him is dangerous as he has a habit of banning players who ignore admins (even though most would prefer to ignore him). He bans and kicks people for ping without proper warning even though the only rule we have for that is only if it significantly effects gameplay.

I have attached a .txt file of the console conversation that just happened since I know the demo do not show console text. I wanted to cut it down to just him and the admins talking, but that seems to be not an easy task to do in just notepad. as well as the demo where rawr muted him for disrespect and mic spaming.

I am willing to go through and parse the text file to condense it to just the important conversation, but that will have to wait until tommorow since I have a project I need to finish in the morning.

If you are warning a player and they don't respond, try typing. Some players have voice disabled.

Although I probably shouldn't be posting here since I wasn't involved in this particular situation, I do agree that he is overzealous with his admin powers.

He sure bans a lot of people for "Ignoring admins" and even banned someone for one whole week for high ping. And yeah, is always picking on someone, even people he doesn't know

It wasn't for high ping. High ping only warrants a 1hr ban at most usually. "Even after getting banned 11 times still entering the server and teamkilling. Extend ban to desired length." Hard to see where you got high ping as being the ban reason when it's laid out that he had multiple bans for teamkilling.

Check out his previous ban directly before this one.

140 bans within 1.5 months is nothing. Especially when the majority of them were for team attacking/team killing/failing to fix high pings which falls under the "ignoring admins" category when they reconnect with the same ping.

Bring something with some meat behind it. All I see so far are straws being grasped at.
