I said mulitple times that I didn't ban him for lag or high ping, the lag part was a comment. CHECK HIS BAN HISTORY. Joins the server, team attacks then leaves or gets kicked by the anti tk. I could have used admin panel and kicked him for TK, but I wanted to give a more in depth idea of how he operates. He joined the server that day and happened to have a high ping then tked a bunch of teammates and I banned him.
