I don't mean to be mean... but if its of a girl older than 18 its not a ban able offense... You even say yourself shes Asian and you cant tell her age. Just because you find something offensive does not give you the right to ban/take action against a player. Everyone has different definitions of whats offensive and only Zero has the right to state what is and isn't allowed. You are here to enforce the rules not pass judgment on every player. Toasties you seem like a cool girl but you need to watch over stepping your boundaries... Sprays never take away from keeping game play fair and balanced and it seems admins powers could be better used else where.

I am proud of the fact that you are female and play counterstrike (in fact I wish more woman playd) but you have to be aware of the reality of the situation... you play with 98% guys... and guys play here are going to act like... I do underand you have it worse than alot of players Im sure all guys either make fun of you for being a girl or ask you to perform sexual acts on them.

All I meant by my post is dont ban a guy cause he sprays somthing you find offensive... shrug it off and realize its not meant as an attack on you. Guys come here to blow off steam...

Hell I play to get away from my girlfriend. I love and respect her but have said many things in game I would only say around "the guys" does that make me a bad person? maybe... but at least Im honest.

You are not going to attract more women to CS:S by supporting this.

&&toasties is a paying admin and thus automatically has a certain level of say and respect. She told me she warned him several times not to spray that spray, and regardless of whether *you* find it offensive or not, she did.

Server Rules 1.2 Sprays VIII.3 states "A spray that is sprayed after the user has been warned multiple times." is a violation. Punishment for VIII.3 states "Violation of any of the following gets instant temp ban."

That is my case.

Yes but at the same time such usage of the rules should be within the intentions of the phrasing. Section 3 of rule VIII is to account for unpredicted events where the current set of rules does not apply and to reinforce the mode of punishment used on violators of sections 1 and 2. Currently for example section 3 fills the void left by a non existing anti child porn rule. Therefore the current rules are no gay sprays, no disturbing sprays and no sprays that directly violate US child pornography laws.

No I didn't contradict myself you just took from it what you wanted. That's your problem you want to look like the knight in shinning armor but not every woman needs a hero. Not every female that plays on counterstrike needs you to save them. That in and of itself is sexiest. Are you that blind?

I think more woman should play counterstrike but I also believe they should not get special treatment. If you play with the boys you will be treated like one.

My girlfriend plays halo and when someone comments about fucking her or her mother does she get offended? Hell no... she snaps back with a comment about "their tiny dick" or "how she hopes they don't fuck as bad as they play" or "how lame it must feel to their over inflated ego to get pwnd by a girl".

The big issue I had here was with the ban... read Zero's post. When you start saying one thing is inappropriate (for being sexiest or whatever) then everything starts not being OK...

My case lastly is this...
If I was a paying admin and thus automatically deserving a certain level of say and respect (your own words). And I was in game with you and found your voice to be offensive and warned you several times not to talk (as I considered it mic spamming), and when you continued I banned you. Would that be ok? I mean regardless of whether *you* find it offensive or not, I did.

Ofcourse that wouldn't be right... it would be stupid but I hope you get my point.
I think more woman will play if we treat them as equals... Giving special treatment or trying to protect them is like saying they cant handle it.
