No Zambi. What I was saying is that our investigator has to be a cop or some variant of that, since a watcher or tracker would have no idea what their target was doing, other than they made an action. Therefor assassin wouldn't have gave it away unless they already knew.

Hard claiming the investagtor regardless of the information provided is alright. we know one exists, we know we need to protect him. if he is not the investagtor, then doing so is massive amounts of dumb. sure he gets a 50/50 shot of taking out the real one if he counter claims, but he is also 100% the next day for that stunt. which gives us plenty of time to win.
