Map List Rehash

Alright, Ive been going through the Map command list or whatever its called in the admin list. Now all the maps are working well.
I do kinda miss the jet packs tho lol

I can verify that all escap maps should be able to at least work now with bots (for the 25 maps that have them). Now we still need to edit a lot of the nav files to get the bots to work better and actualy follow the entire map.
