    The Surrogates?

    Haven't heard of it.

Should remind you of like, matrix though..

The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

The Surrogates is a graphic novel being made into a movie starring bruce willis, although, from what I've seen of the trailer, they seem to be deviating from the novel so I don't have high expectations for it. The thing that makes me think of it more than the matrix is you can change your appearance (or gender) in the surrogates. You plug into a robot body instead of a computer pretty much.

I only read the beginning of it (it was my friends copy), but it was pretty cool.
"An Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II flew a show of force and expended flares for emphasis over Salerno after enemy forces attacked a coalition forward base. The arrival of the aircraft prompted an immediate retreat by enemy personnel."

Sounds interesting. If the movie comes out I'll definitely check it out.

I remember one of my old friends and I were talking about what would happen if a virtual reality version of FF came out, and our conclusion was that the end of the world would be upon us. No one would sleep, take breaks, or anything, they would probably be hooked up to feeding tubes and live their entire lives on it.

In fact, there was a case in Japan or somewhere near there, where a man tried to kill himself because he was so addicted to World of Warcraft, and because of that it became a disease in Japan or wherever it happened. Like alcoholism.

    Or something along those lines..

Few Koreans died playing mmo's, didn't they?

    I think so.

Though I've been addicted to a few games to the point where I would go days without sleep, in games such as Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, Warcraft 3, and Zelda OOT, so I can see how it can start to ruin peoples' lives if it persists.

I.E. My cousin. He deleted my character in Oblivion.. -_-' Was ready to whack him over the head.

Luckily though, I'm home schooled, ftw. So game addictions are something I can afford to have.
