EDIT: Yeah, so I'll "bite the bullet" and say it myself, Chelsea is getting better. It's a work-in-progress but I definitely think she's learned from her mistakes (though I still wouldn't trust her with ban powers, not just yet...).
Like I said, personal matters are over-with. Personal issues are not my business anymore. However, as an admin, she's handling herself a lot better lately from what I've seen, and I'm happy to see improvements. *thumbs up*

I don't think this weeman would hack on IBIS. That'd be like vladninja hacking. They're both regs who've put a lot of time into the server. I'm pretty sure Weeman used to be an admin (a decent one).
