Reason for perma ban:multiple bans for team killing and still killing on purpose

demo it starts with mile and ten mnz starts at around 1:10 into the demo

Player tried to TK Cerebral Assassin for a couple rounds for calling him and Mille out for being team attackers.

With only 2 bans on record including this one I say give him a 1 week ban since they knew exactly what they were doing. I don't believe this warrants a perma just yet.
