I would say inconclusive, so no.
A lot of it is sketchy, but I don't believe there's concrete proof of aim assist.
That being said, I'd be fine with him being perma'd just because he seems like a real winner. (And by winner you know that I mean assclown)

In server early on but AFK.
37000 – Joins the game
40000 shitty bhops to headshot.
40500 questionable headshot
42500 Tracing through wall?
49000 ? perfectly normal kill – deci isn’t having it.

Orang
7200 lucky headshot
7500 a more-aimed headshot
20000 Some looks sketchy but possible.
22900 banned for sneaking up behind other team?
-both of those last sections is completely possible to pull off.
