Probably a script, not a hack technically (correct me if I'm wrong). But against the rules, no?

Definitely not a legitimate player.
Just stares at the floor without a kill from 22000-25500? Then definitely some fuckery is going on after that point.
At around 28500 it's really funky, but not consistent with a true aimbot.
It appears to me that this is a configurable script/program that they either didn't fully turn off/remove from the game before joining here; it could also be that they didn't fully/correctly configure it.
They're playing as if they're playing legitimately.
Hacking, and downloading a program/script/etc to get an unfair advantage in a video game are not the same thing at all.
However, John Q. Public isn't going to know the difference, and here we don't get bogged down with the real nitty gritty of the transgression.
It's easier to say "HAX!!!" than to say "This is clearly Dr. Dirtbag's 6th rendition of his world-famous aiming exploit." and it doesn't really matter for the context of the act.
Against the rules, yes xD

P.S. I reviewed this one and have my opinion just waiting for if other ULA applicants pitch in
