You may have noticed that when the zmod crashes it takes a few hours to come back online, this has been fixed.
Also, if you are playing at around 5:30 AM EST, then the entire server reboots at that time and takes about 5 mins to come back online.

Server is down, again, and it ain't coming back up...
When I found out I couldn't play ZM I almost went into cardiac arrest!! :\
Is Windows error reporting still disabled? :\
Or has tech support gotten back to you about it?
