When Ninja was there, it lagged, when he left to reboot, the server was fine.

When he returned, the lag returned.

They had every reason to believe it was him.

But his reputation is what's giving him his innocence.

admins aren't suppose to undo other admins admin commands.

only the admin that banned you, ZERO or JigSaw can unban you ninja, no one else.

if you really want an admin to lose his/her admin than go ahead cause that's what is gonna happen to the admin you've asked to unban you.

The only time any admin that ISN'T Jiggy or Zero should unban some one is if it was accidental, even then I would make a thread, unless it was handled quickly.
(People do accidentally ban people, all admins did it at least once, sometimes people leave and the list moves and the intended key is now another lolz.)
