That's a rediculous reason to ban someone with no proof. If your going to ban someone on hacking get a demo or it's useless. You can't just ban people because you don't want to lag any more either. If someone doesn't know how to fix there rates, show them or teach them. Not everyone is as smart about this game as you or knows how to get into there consol.

Don't ever give player shit if he's not doing anything wrong. That's just a way to begin a flame war.

To be honest, awhile back when I was admin I made a call to ban an unknown hacker on the server who was lagging it in the middle of the night. I had no proof of it, but I did know everyone else except for one other person in the server. I kicked the person and the lag stopped, then when he came back, I banned him, and no more lag.

So sometimes you can't have proof unless you have zero look it up himself, but if you happen to figure it out on your own then its all good. But next time, remember kicking can stop hackers long enough for you to figure out who it is.

And no Turtle, they don't.
