actually its stupid of cuba to turn away medical aid and financial aid from the US.

most of the diseases that cubans are dying from, we've already come up with a cure for it or at lease medications to slow down the progress of that disease. now pride has to stop when they can't even put money towards research to develop medication cause the government has no money and while the people are waiting for the government to come up with money, they're dying.

Just like in Canada, health care is nationwide but you have to get on a waiting list for most common surgery and you can't go outside your designated health care zone for better medicine or care.
