Honestly I have never seen vlad cade break and you really should get proof Dart and not just take someones word for it because most of time when someone gets there cade broken they accuse the first person the see as the cade breaker. So if your not sure just chill out spectate him to see if he does it again don't just start lecturing the person because most people dunno who broke there cade
